March 2020 was a strange time for everyone, especially Queenstown Dog Bakery founder, Jessica Wang. Having lost her tourism job due to COVID-19, she found herself with a bit too much free time for her liking. However, her and her partner were blessed with a fur baby just a few weeks before lockdown. They were immediately smitten with her! They soon noticed the lack of healthy dog treats in the Queenstown area so they thought, "Why don't we make our own?". Jess then discovered her love for baking dog treats and their fur baby, Macaroni, was pretty happy too.
